Area of practice
Nils has extensive experience in all aspects of JP's shipping practice, including charterparty and bill of lading disputes, P&I and Defence work, piracy related issues, marine insurance and maritime arbitration. He acts for shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs, ship operators, and cargo and hull underwriters worldwide. Nils is often instructed, and has acted as an advocate, on applications for urgent injunctive relief, including anti-suit injunctions and applications for “Vasso” orders. He also has experience in the salvage and collision aspects of shipping and general commercial litigation.
