The firm was founded in 1992 by five solicitors, all of them former partners with leading city marine law practices. There are now eleven fee-earners, five of whom are partners.

The firm has a client base which includes UK public limited companies, Lloyd’s, P&I and FD&D Clubs, Commodity Houses and substantial shipping and insurance companies worldwide. Also excellent relationships are maintained with many law practices around the world.
The firm expects to continue its record of controlled expansion through development of its existing areas of expertise. It continues to adhere to the principles of speed of response, excellence of product and sensible fees.
