Trainee Solicitor Tomos Holmes Davies
Background
A graduate of the University of Bristol, University of Cambridge, and King’s College London, Tomos joined Jackson Parton as a paralegal before commencing his training contract in 2022. He completed his LPC and LL.M at the University of Law, on a part-time basis, whilst working towards completing his training contract.
Areas of practice and academic interests
Tomos has assisted the partners with a range of matters within international trade and maritime law, including general charterparty and bill of lading disputes, and vessel collisions and groundings. He has assisted with cases involving both arbitration (Gafta and LMAA) and litigation.
Interests
In his spare time, Tomos enjoys travelling and cross-country running, and is an art and history enthusiast.
