Consultant Ahmad Tabalo
Background
Ahmad joined the firm in January 2014. He has an LL.M. in International Maritime Law, long-standing exposure to a Middle-Eastern ship owning enterprise, and insurance insights including Marine hull and associated liabilities gained from the Chartered Insurance Institute which he is a member of (Certificate in Chartered Insurance Institute-Claims). He is currently working towards the Fellowship of the International Bar Association.
Area of practice
Ahmad is currently focusing on Middle Eastern and North African wet and dry shipping cases, including salvage, general average and claims arising out charterparties and bills of lading.
Languages and Interests
Fluent Arabic speaker, British of Middle Eastern origin. Jet skiing, scuba-diving and passion for fitness.
