Court of Appeal judgment handed down today. The Court included a couple of shipping heavyweights. Case involves package limitation and whether the Hague or “Hague-Visby” (or rather “the Hague Rules as amended”) should apply.

Two judgments handed down today. The first in the Commercial Court where Teare J where he allowed an appeal from an Award of Nic Paines on a speed/consumption dispute.
